HCL recovery procedure required after every power outage

Hello all,

 

I have a HCL from June 2017.

Since a year I have to run a system recovery every time when there is a power outage.
 

Otherwise I am not able to control my lights via the mobile App or via laptop.

 

I run the recovery procedure by switching off power and switch back on with + pushed.

 

Then via IP address I am getting to the recovery page and continue to install latest backup.

 

How can I solve this issue??

@Daan_37Hello and welcome to the community. 

 

Are you on the latetesd Firmware 4.630?

 

i don't know many times a year, this will happen to your HCL. 

 

If this happens multiple times a year, I recommend to start from scratch with a new homecenter like HC3, HC3L or Yubi Home.
