How to restore backup 4.180

I have buy an hc2 with 4.630 because my old hc2 is broken, but I have a 4.180 backup to restore that is not compatible with 4.630, how can recovery my old configuration on this new hc2 ? Tks

Hi @iSimone,

 

In this case I would recommend to contact Fibaro support and probably have Teamviewer and Putty ready. They should be able restore it via SSH.

They tell that is not possible, that I need to reconfigure all from zero ! 
 

but now, with 4.63 , I’m not able to add devices, when I’m trying to add new device and going to press 3 time the button, nothing appare on the HC2

 

some on know why ?

You probably need to reset your devices (door sensors, etc), because they think they are still connected to your old HC2.
