Since new iOS 17 (and under 17.0.1 too) I get the interactive push notifications several times. Usually 10-15 times and doesn’t work the interactive part.

The normal push notifications work fine.

Can someone confirm that?

Maybe a solution?

Same here. Push notifications keep repeating. First I get 2-3, then every 5-10 minutes I get 2-3 additional ones with '5 minutes ago' as time. Very annoying.

It is an Apple bug, but Apple has a solution for this. See

. Seems like Fibaro developers need to remove ID from push notification payload or use an integer as id.

Hi. Can confirm I have this issue too since upgrading to iOS 17 and then iOS 17.0.3. Very annoying, as I have multiple interactive push notifications, and it just keeps flooding my notifications on both my iPhone and Apple Watch. I’m talking 20+ alerts in the space of 5-10 minutes at times too.

So would definitely appreciate a fix since Apple can’t get their act together.

@MattM Apple  did not give us feedback if they will fix it. We're planing to rewrite this function, but it will take a time because we need to have changes in hub, cloud and phone

@A.Socha Thanks. I can at least let my clients know too. As it is impacting a lot of users.

I think we need an urgent update about this error.

I have customer who get more then 100 notifications daily. (Originally it was only 4-5)

I get phone calls about this every day….

I had the same issue. Seems that 17.1 resolves the problem - I'm still testing since 17.1 is very 'fresh'. Please check in your environment, mine seems to be working... for now at least...

Yes, I’m finding 17.1 has finally resolved my issues of multiple alerts too at this stage 🙌 Let’s hope this is a permanent fix from Apple and doesn’t reoccur again 🤞🏻
