I want to expand the Z-wave range, how do I do that ?

Expanding the ZWAvE range can be accomplished by simple installing so called repeaters. Repeater can be any non battery powered device or a special device type called range-extender.

The more devices you have in your network the higher the flexibility for information packets to hop from device to the gateway and vice versa. (MESH network)

you could add another HC3 as Slave controller
