Door/Window sensor FGDW-002 - how can I recognize in local connection (and also Yubii) if door are opened or closed?

Just added Fibaro FGDW-002 to HC3. In the local mode it shows the following status:

How can I see in the browser if the door are opened or not? Yubii shows door opened all the time, no matter if the sensor is close to the magnet or away. BTW attached print screen is made whan I took the battery off the sensor! Still shows full batery. Damaged sensor?

It seems very much that it is a communication issue. Distance?Try to bring it closer, to see if it works in closer range.

Also check the manual, if there is some possibility to wake up the device. (i don't know it by heart, but usually just pressing the action button shortly once, used to send a wake up command) Check if it change the behaviour.

If not try reinclude. Or expand Zwave if its too distant.

Sometimes when adding devices I need to set the associations by hand, they sometimes are not set while including.

Caused a lot of time before I found out what was happening.
