I want to install a switch in a parallel circuit similar to this one. Can someone help with the best way to install it?

Not sure what exactly you are trying to achieve, however please don't install it as you have drawn. If what you are trying to do is connect two switches to a fibaro device, for example ones at the top and bottom of stairs or at either end of a hallway, and be able to control the light remotely:

Connect L to the building Active (Live) wire

Connect N to the building neutral wire

Connect S1 to the first switch common, connect both poles of the switches together, and connect the second switch common to building Active. Ie S1 ----< ==== >--- L

Lastly connect the bulb to Q1, and the other side of the bulb to Neutral.

If you are just switching a light, you might want to consider a Dimmer 2 instead.

If you have neutral wire in two physical switches, then just add one z-wave relay to each physical switch.

Offcourse you can use z-wave switch instead dumb switch, then no relays needed.

If no neutral wire, there are very few product for live wire only.

MCOHome has live wire only switches:

@LucMestre There is already a fundamental error in the basis of your connection of the staircase. As Tim asked, is your goal "staircase" connected, i.e. controlled from two places?
Tell me how many and what kind of wires do you have for switch 1, how many wires do you have for switch 2, how many wires do you have for the light?
