Status Battery tablet to start scene

Dear All,

 

I just want to get to start a scene by using my battery status as trigger.

 

I have a Tablet mounted on the wall and i want to start te power floating trough the USB plug when the battery of the tablet is on 20%

and i want to stop te power when the battery is on 95% just to keep the battery in good conditions,

but i can't find anywhere a Lua scene or a quickapp to make this work.......

 

Does annyone  have the solution for me...
