Yale locks lost functionality in upgrade from HC2 to HC3

Question

Posted

Hi - I've had two z-wave yale locks working well in HC 2 for years. Locking and unlocking as expected with various scenes and even using a recognized pin entry command to disarm the alarm

I've just upgraded to HC3 and all the functionality is gone. Fibaro can see the devices but not control them and the options in the scene to use a recognized pin as a trigger is gone.

I have tried removing them from the system and re-enrolling them but no result.

The locks are YRD256

I'm having exactly the same issue. Not sure where to start! Did you work out a solution in the end??

Did you add it to HC3 with S0 security?
