Scene activation not an option in HC3

JeffHosk

Question

I have just upgraded from HC2 to HC3. I used to have a goodnight scene activated by a double click from my bedside light switch. The option to use that functionality now seems to be missing in the scene (the parameter of activate scene from the device is still selected). There seems only to be selections for level, state, energy consumption, and power measurement.

In a LUA scene the "DECLARATIONS (Conditions/Triggers)" should have a block looking similar to this:

{
  conditions = {{
      id = XXX ,  -- <  PUT your switchID here
      isTrigger = true,
      operator = "==",
      property = "centralSceneEvent",
      type = "device",
      value = {
        keyAttribute = "Pressed2",
        keyId = 1   --
      },

...

....
}

.. other things
Did the inclusion go well?

I check after every inclusion, that all the expected options/feature/parameters are there.
If NOT, sometimes a SOFT recon works and brings back all the features/parameters etc.
sometime only a re-inclusion works

How many devices do you have?
How far away from the controller are they?
