HC3L - lost remote connection

Question

Posted

Hi all, does anyone know why I would suddenly lose remote connection to my HC3L? It was working until a few days ago and now I cannot log in to it, which means all my Alexas no longer respond to it, and my wife is very upset!  I can still log in locally, and my Home Assistant is still able to use all my devices connected via Home Center.  Tried rebooting router and HC3L but no difference I'm afraid.

Any help gratefully appreciated.

I have the same problem with the HC3Lcontrollers. They constantly fall off from the Internet or router. HC3 have the same problem occurs, but it does not appear so often. I think this problem started after installing beta 5.141

    I use Wi-Fi connection.

P.S. after updating the firmware to version 5.150, I still do not observe this problem
