Fibaro HC3L slow to respond to Alexa Commands

Question

Posted

Hi All,

I have a Fibaro HC3L for some reason it is super slow in responding to Alexa Comands, all my other wifi devices work instantly or a least 1 to 2 seconds to work, however all the z-wave devices tat connect to my Fibaro HC3L take so long to resond on Alexa.
When I use the Yubii app all the lights turn on/off and work instantly which means it must be something slow with the connection between the two cloud servers is there any way to fix this slow link between the 2 cloud services?

Hi

I see that you are from Australia, our hub connect to multiregion  in Singapore which is the close of you and from there communication going to AWS lambda in US i takes around 3-4s where 2-3s are on route and 1s to execute command on hub.

If it works fast by Yubii then time to Singapore is ok because application use it. So maybe we take this delay on communication from multiregion to lambda (from Singapure to US) and back
