Good day folks,

I have installed home center light 3 with RADIATOR THERMOSTATS FGT-001 with independent temperature sensors. Climate is set to 21C, however the thermostats keep increasing the temperature as shown in the screen shot. What am I doing wrong?

@DidzisHello and welcome to the community.

One of your heating zone is set to 21.0 degree Celsius and the other to 19.0 degree Celsius

To unterstand your setting, please give more Infos.

Do you use the extra temp sensor from fibaro FGBRS-001 or another sensor, if yes which one?

This one on the left, is only 0.5 degree Celsius above the heating zone set point. I think this is as expected. When the radiator valve is closed by the heat controller, after reaching the setpoint, the warm air is still coming out off the radiator for some time. Heating is not an exact thing.

    Morning,

Firstly, thank you for taking your time to look into my issue!

I use the temp sensor, that came with  FGBRS-001. There are two thermostats both connected to the same temp sensor (got 5 green lights confirming pairing on both)

As you mention, temp is only + 0,5C but is was even higher + 0,8 C with no signs of slowing down. Both vales were fully open to continue increase temperature.

Also, I did manual head calibration  = waited for white light and confirmed it on both heads.

    Good day,

I would like to see if I can shut down the radiator valve using control center, I mean close it completely. Can you tell me how to do it from control center?

    Hi,

both termostats are in the same room? Did you create a heating zone and put the both termostats to the zone? I think no, because there are a different requested temperature...

To close it - set temperature to the low number, for example 10°C, or turn the heater to the left to the "blue color ring" :-)

    Good day,

I am testing if I set valve manually to white  = valve closed(anti-freeze). It shows up on center as OFF

However heating does not stop, as valve is still open. Also if I check status of valve (see photo attached) I see that valve pin is further from the radiator, as if it  should be fully open. If I understand correctly pin should be as close to radiator as possible to close the valve.

    @Didzis

Often you will need an adapter, (included in the package with the controller) If this adapter doesn't fit, or insn't mounted correctly to the valve, the controller will not work as expected.

Before mounting to the valve, it needs to be in the standby mode. Look below.

    Morning,

When I change FGT-001 seetings on the Control center from max to off other other way around there is no response on FGT-001. It should respond with trying to move the FGT-001 pin, right? I have to factory reset on FGT-001, but it does not help.

@Didzis Yes, if you turn it off and on as you have described, you should hear the Sound of the Motor and see the Pin going out / in. Maybe it takes a Minute to react.

What happens if you include the heat contoller with / without Security?

Do you have another one to test?
