Mobile scene off, still active

Hi, I figured out the problem , when I turn off the scene in my mobile, it is inactive there, so it stays on anyway! I control the heating, I turn off the scene because I go away, the boiler starts heating anyway, it's because the scene change in the mobile app is not transferred to HC3, unfortunately I have to turn off the mobile app several times to see that the status has changed or not changed, as a result I actually don't know if the scene is active or not! This bothers me a lot, it's not reliable! Does anyone have a solution to this? Thank you

@petro_czAre you on the latest software 1.20 for yubii app and 5.150 on the hc3?

 

Did you press the synchronize button in the user access settings?

 

I don't understand why you would turn off, meaning deactivate, the boiler scene when you go away? If you use block scenes, you would usually make a scene to turn on the boiler heater. Than another scene to turn off the boiler heater.

 

Further I have seen strange behaviour of  the hc when I've used the administrator account with the yubii app for daily use. Therefore I use a normal user account with yubii app and the administrator only when needed.

There are limitations bwetween admin account and regular user accounts when it comes to scenes. I can't recall exaclty the details, but i remember, that once i got a support answer that only admin account is able to activate/deactivate scenes from Yubii. I am pretty sure this is the problem source for you

Stiskli jste tlačítko synchronizace v nastavení uživatelského přístupu?

 

Nechápu, proč byste vypínal, tedy deaktivoval, scénu s kotlem, když odejdete? Pokud používáte blokové scény, obvykle byste vytvořili scénu pro zapnutí ohřívače kotle. Než další scéna k vypnutí ohřívače kotle.

 

Dále jsem viděl podivné chování hc, když jsem používal účet správce s aplikací yubii pro každodenní použití. Proto používám normální uživatelský účet s aplikací yubii a správcem pouze v případě potřeby. 

Hi, yes I have the updated version, the problem is that I turn off the scene in the mobile, here the change is made by graying, but this change is not transferred to the unit! The thing is that when I am driving out I turn off the heater using the scene . The change only takes place when the background app on the phone is completely turned off, once it goes to sleep the change doesn't work.

@petro_czAs I wrote above, to deactivate a scene when you go away, is not recommended in a daily use case.

@petro_cz some more information? iOS or Android?
I tried quicky on android 1.20 with the new hub version and works flawlessly - both in local and remote access.

Zkoušel jsem rychle na Androidu 1.20 s novou verzí hubu a funguje bezchybně - v místním i vzdáleném přístupu.

it's not everyday, it's just sometimes and that's why it annoys me that I don't have it under control!
