Update breaks thermostat view in app

Hi,

 

After update thermostats like MH7 or MH8 are not accesible anymore from the app. Tried both android and IOS.

 

If connected locally to the HC3 it works ok, but when using the remote connection (FIBARO cloud)  the thermostat plugin doesn't load.

 

Phone app is updated to latest version.

Please use 5.150 firmware to test it

Tested but still fails. The Yubii app on IOS from remote access does not load thermostats or quick apps.

Home Center 3 and a Yubii Home firmware version 1.150.18.

Yubii app version 1.21.0.

We tested on 5.150.18 with last app Yubii

This happens to me also. I've noticed happening whenever I'm accessing outside my home network.

HC3- Version: 5.150.18

Yubii App - version: 1.21.0 (iOS 17.2.1)

 

I've attached a picture of what I see when trying to load the plugin... just a blinking and increasing size dot.

@A.Socha, What other details are needed when it doesn't work?
Write what exactly you want, I will write everything down in detail and do it if necessary.
Any device that opens in the system as a plug-in (QA, heating and air conditioning thermostats, etc.) does not open in the iOS mobile application when connected through the cloud (outside the local network). On Android devices, it works but with an error (often, when the device is opened for the first time, the system interface is loaded)

P.S. When you are on the same LAN as the controller then everything works fine.

But is there any understanding of the time to solve this problem?😉

 

For example, I cannot commission the object to the customer, since he cannot fully use the system remotely😕
