Update 5.140.17 to 5.150.15 fails and restores 5.140.17 again

Just tried to update 5.140.17 to 5.150.15. I got a HC3 with Slave HC3 Light. I updated alle gateways together, the slave worked, the Master not. Master just automatically restored the old version.

 

I retries twice, did not work, so now I downgraded the Slave again for compatibility.

 

Any ideas?

No devices can be added either before the hotfix and after the hotfix. Some devices also doesn't work properly

I upgraded and now I cant log on at all.

Could anyone tell me how to contact support when I don't have access to the HC3?
