Connect to Silent Gliss curtain

Agwan

Question

Hi! Im trying to connect the Roller Shutter 3 to a Silent Gliss curtain motor 5600. But it seems both of them are too smart for each other and for me. So the RS3 wants to detect an end position by the power going down (or up?), right? And the Silent Gliss motor detects its own endpoint and stops when RS3 tries to calibrate and thus RS3 never finds the end.

Anyone done this and found a solution? Grateful for all info on the matter.

/Anders

  • Ok, found out that the roller shutter 3 will not work at all with curtain motors like that. I had to get a dual relay and write my own code in a PC to solve it. Its working now.
