Feedback from Temperature Sensor connected to 3 Heat Controllers

Question

Posted

Hi,

I've connected 3 Heat Controllers to the same Temperature Sensor : External sensor is correctly "Connected" for each heat controller.

As you can see in the attached screenshot :

- the feedback about the temperature is slightly different from one heat controller to the other ;

- the feedback about the battery level of the temperature sensor is also different from one heat controller to the other.

How to explain that ? Is there a way to fix the issue regarding the battery level of the temperature sensor ?

Thanks for your help.

Regards,

@COV Hello and welcome to the community.

The accuracy of the temp sensor is according to the user manual  0.5 C. So you can expect different temp readings from the heat controllers. If it bothers you, try to correct it with the offset feature.

About the battery levels indicating empty:

-check if they are charged up

-if you have includet them recently to the homecenter, this often indicates, that the include process didn't go well. Try soft reconfiguration, in order to complete this, you have to wake up the heat controller.

-if still no success, you have to exclude / include them again.

Hi Fabir,

Thank you for your reply.

Soft reconfiguration did the trick for the battery levels.

Thanks a lot !

(sorry, just seen that I connected with my other account ;-) )
