Iintermittent connection

Question

I have two POPP themmostat valves that often report "disconnect" Clicking them connects them again.

What can cause this and what can it causde? I have the same valve around the house without problems. There are other Z-Wave units in range.

Did you see the z-wave unit in range is being used to hop to the HC3?

That is why I asked. The only fact a z-wave unit is nearby, doesn’t guarantees your device actually uses it in the mesh route. A Fibaro installer can see how the device uses the mesh. If you can’t, you can reconfigure the mesh network of your device. The device should then use the most optimal mesh route.
