Two of my Roller Shutters 3 died.

I have 6 Roller Shutters (Roller Shutter 3, FGR-223) working for weeks perfectly with Home Assistant.
Some days ago 2 of the Shutters died. Since that time the both Shutters are shown as "dead" and can not be re-activated.

I tried to exclude them, but it did not work. So I dropped the devices in Home Assistant and tried to reset them to the factory setting and re-include them. Nothing worked.

Any suggestions what I can do execpt for contacting the support ?

Wie konntest Du die FGR-222 in Home Assistant zum Laufen bekommen? Ich musste die Reverse Funktion anwenden, wg. Motorumdrehung, was auch nach dem Tausch der S1\2 und Q1\22 Kabel die Funktion 'öffnen' und 'schließen' vertauscht hat. Gibt es Lösungsideen?
