Websocket client in a scene?

Question

Posted (edited)

Hello all.

Is it possible to use the websocket client in a scene? My purpose is to schedule at certain time interval a websocket connection to poll an external system status and then take action in HC3.

Until now I found the "[HC3] Quick Apps – WebSocket client" page but there it refers to QuickApps only

I have tried to run a script from within a scene:

Please login or register to see this code.

But the second line gives:

[02.12.2023] [09:51:38] [ERROR] [SCENE34]: (load):37: attempt to call a nil value (method 'WebSocketClientTls')

The documentation says:

Please login or register to see this code.

But what are the options?

Thanks for any suggestion!
