Elero devices not responding

Hi, i have Yubii Home for some time now. It's paired with 16 elero devices. These devices don't respond at all or respond with considerable delay (10-30 seconds). Issue got a bit worse after last update (5.150.15).

All elero device work perfectly with elero remote controllers. I tried many times to get it working properly with no luck. Did anyone encounter this problem or can someone please help me?

 

1) I have experimented with different polling interval (30 to 120s), but it doesn't seem to be any difference.

2) Disabling "mark if unavailable" fixes it only for a short while

3) Manually polling elero devices before issuing command doesn't help

yes same to me

i have found the solution, go to the parameter of the device and choose the last one example.

Uncheck the manual mode, this worked for me

I have two Elero Revoline awnings, and a Home Center, Yubii Home.
For years it has worked, perfectly.
A few months ago, I don't know when, the scenes of extending the awning and retracting the awning didn't work, it didn't do anything.
However, if I activate the awning directly with the app or with the PC, dash board, it works perfectly.
Only the scenes don't work. I've tried redoing them, changing the logic, everything, and it's still the same.
When I look at the event history, the scene starts, I get the notification email, the event of; action open awning or close awning, but the awning device does not respond to whether it is closing or closed.

However, activating as I said from the app or PC, everything goes well.
I receive action open, opening, open, action close, closing, closed.
Perfectly.
Where is the problem?.
The manual operation option is disabled, and I have tried reversing the logic.

Same problem here - just got the Yubii home device, but after pairing 3 blinds and testing them, i noticed that they do not do anything, or act up to 2 minutes later. The command is recognized immediately, but the signal is not sent to the blinds.

I will send the device back, if there is no solution.
