Scene to turn on lamp at sunset and off at 1am

Hi, 

 

I've been trying to make a scene where it turns on the fibaro plug at sunset (or more exactly 30min after sunset) and then turns off at 1am.i tried to make a scene using graphic blocks but I didn't see any option to turn it off at a set time (only x seconds after it turned on) and I tried to make 2 separate scenes (one to turn it on and one to turn it off) but they conflicted with each other and the lamp kept turning on and off. 

 

What would be the best way to make a scene like this?

Ohh sorry, didnt notice that you have HC2
