All Zigbee devices stopped - update 5.150.18

Recommended Posts

Hello,

a few days after update 5.150.18 all Zigbee devices suddenly stopped communication with HC3 and the state changed to disconnected  (Sonoff Smart plugs, Aeotec Extenders, Nous door and windows sensors,  Lidl motion sensors). Restart of HC3 didn't help.

I'm not 100% sure if the last update caused this, but I'm sure I haven't made any significant system or device changes since the update.

Any similar experience or ideas, please?

Thank you

Petr

The Fibaro support recommendation is to make a downgrade to previous version. I found the

Does anybody know if the mentioned downgrade procedure will keep existing system configuration?

Well, I dared to do the downgrade back to version 5.150.15. But the Zigbee devices are still dead. So there probably isn't a correlation with version 5.150.18. So I continue looking for another solution... Appreciate ANY idea.

    Hi Fibaro Team,

    What about this proposal:

Use the built-in Zigbee transmitter to connect, send the signals to zigbee2mqtt and read the data with HC3 from there.

The zigbee2mqtt team supports a huge amount of devices and your team could focus on other things...

After the 5.150.18 update I lost all my zigbee devices. Added them again and it worked for 1 day. Now they are all gone again.

This is not what I'm expecting of a smart system.

Time for me to upgrade to Athom Homey Pro?
