Qubino Smart Meter and relay problem

Hi All

I have a problem to operate relays via Qubino Smart Meter. After adding Smart Meter to HC3 two switches appeared in the Fibaro APP but nothing happens after pressing them. Any solution? Thanks

Have you purchased and connected the external optical relay intended for the Smart Meter? If not, nothing happens.

Does this mean that even if I want to use only one, hard wired relay, I still have to buy an IR relay?

No, you don't need an IR relay.
You provided so little information that I didn't know if you had an external relay.
Have you configured parameters 7, 100 and 101 correctly?

parameter 7 set 5

parameter 100 set 3

parameter 101 - don't have it's single phase smart meter

 

after pressing ON or OFF system is showing "transfer OK" but "unknown" status still appeared on the button.

OK, I have the 3-phase model and the parameters are not the same as for the 1-phase model.
But if you look at the parameters of the 1-phase model, I would test the following...
7 = 5 (bi stable)
10 = 255
100 = 2
112 = 2

The new template shows these two relais different as before, but if params has been set properly, they actually working

afaik Qubino parameters are only working, if you excluded and re-included the devices, AFTER you set the parameters. 

 

EDIT: it looks like the beta firmware 5.151.47 set the params to enable IKA and BICOM during first inclusion, right @m.roszak ?

Were you able to find solution for this issue? I have the same problem - Quibion 1 phase smart meter. I can switch the relay, but it is not reporting state of the switch back. So this is the reason, why it is not switching just by pushing its icon.

Hi guys, I just purchased a single-phase Qubino Smart meter so I'm resuming this discussion for the same problem with the updated hc3. I've tried the suggestions above but I can't get the relay to trip.  The production label says 2023/08 but I don't know if it can be solved with a firmware update (it still needs to be requested) or I'm doing something wrong in the parameters. Maybe a list of updated parameters just to dispel any doubts could be useful to me. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks

not receiving any response and after several attempts I contacted qubino assistance. Unfortunately, after some tests they confirm that there is probably something in the latest update 5.170.16 that disturbs the correct functioning of the relay controls. Does it work for you?
