Parameter 60: Power reports - Include self-consumption. Bulk parameter change for all devices. Help needed.

Question

Posted

Hi All, I have over 150 Walli devices at home. I would like the self consumption to be added to the power reports to fully reflect on total power use. All devices been added already. To avoid having to change 60th parameter for all.. is there a code I could input to amend all devices at once? If yes, could you provide me with one including instruction how to input it?  I'm not too bright when it comes to the coding and input methods. I have HC3. All the devices are configured to use LED (white) set for 10% brightness all the time for visual purposes :) Considering how many devices I have, there must be some constant idle power consumption which I'm trying to check and evaluate if that is worth the money paid for the electricity :)

thanks in advance

sure, you can create e.g. lua scene, or what i did QuickApp, to change specific params for all kind of devices. I did it for huge hotel project, to not set all parms over and over again.

On the other hand, LED consumption is very low, under 10PLN per year for 150 devices ... now calculate how much your time and energy will get consumed while you change params or write scene or even read this thread :)

I know :) just to be neat with the reports, I wanted to add it. Could you share with me how you've created the scene for it?
