Hello everybody!

After updating to the beta version of firmware 5.151.47, I constantly get error 502. It is absolutely selective in time, but it appears about once every 5 to 20 minutes.

    Of course, I wrote to them about this problem.

    I wonder if it is global or only in my HC3

    The controller has more than 100 devices and quite active QuickApps.
    Maybe I really need a personal analysis from technical support.
    I will hope for help in solving the problem from the side of support)

    If you hit F12 in the browser it will open dev-tools, select "network" and XHR requests.
    Let support know which request returns a 502 error - it will speed up the process.

    Had them as well, I had them trying to edit QA's. not one specific but any random yesterday.

    Today no 502's (yet).

    Today I had this error again (ERP 502) already more than 10 times in 3 hours of work.
    It mad😵‍💫

     

    Meanwhile, technical support has not yet reacted in any way, not even saying hello (except for auto-reply🙈)

    As we can't reproduce it on our side we need your help with finding a solution, so - if possible please respond to the support message which you received a few days ago.

    Unfortunately, your ticket is the only one mentioning this issue.
    @Neo Andersson had the same but he is already on the previous version.

    It have happened too me too some times, it seems to happen more often if I have more tabs from the local ip of the hc3 up. and I am using chrome browser.

    Same problem here, I had no errors in the previous version.

    Version 5.150 was stable in the brouwser (sometimes problems with local login with the iPhome app).

     

    I just installed the update to firmware 5.151.47 and now I occasionally get this error message when mutating my QuickApps.

    After a few seconds I get the login screen again so I can log in again. Mutations are of course gone.

     

    I am using Microsoft Edge on Windows 11 (both latest version) and only have one tab open.

    At this time, 502 error problem keeps popping up. 
    Sometimes I can work during the half day and there is no such error, and sometimes it is impossible to work because it appears every few minutes.

    @m.roszak, somehow I missed the response from tech support earlier🙈
    I already answered their letter today🙂
