Response time increased to 225 seconds, time lag. Delays.

Question

Posted

Hi all.

I faced with a problem when suddenly, with no visible reason (no updates, changes to the system were done) my HC2 started to give me 225-seconds lag for any devices Im using manually.
Turn on/off the light, etc.

This is true for remote controls, light switches, mobile app Yubii, browser by IP.

HC2 software version is 4.630
24 devices connected*

Many Restarts of HC2, rebooting from electricity, reconnecting to wifi/cable - have only short temp effect.
Just after restart all works fine, for 10 minutes. after that time lag arises again..

Please, need your help, I have no clue what to do =(

Sounds like a routing problem - most probably more repeating devices (mains operated) are needed. Cheers Alfons

    The problem was identified:
I have several thermostats HEATIT Z-TRM3,
and I tried to automate them with the Heating Panel:

+ Heating zone Plagin for a manual temporary change of temperature:

for some reason, it did not work from the box..
when I tried to set the temperature manually - it changed it but contradicted other algorithms inside the system.
Which in turn creates many many signals and overloads the system..

I deleted all Heating panel configurations. Now everything works fine,  except I can not manage non-manual heating scenarios throughout the day.

Horrible experience for a thermostat that costs 150$
