UK style wallplug disappeared from system

ngs

Question

There was a powercut to my home. This single wall plug that I have (UK style, FGWPG-111) then disappeared from HC3. I guess the configuration was not saved.

I am unable to reset it too - pressed the button and held it until it turns from white to green to purple to yellow, released button and repress the button. It is supposed to reset but it doesn't.

How I cannot reset it nor get it back into the system.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

@ngs Can you restore a backup for the homecenter 3?

  • Unfortunately not! Since it seems I didn't back up since the last firmware upgrade. I am trying to reset the plug and/or reassociate it with the hub on z-wave. Still trying.

    @ngs

    If you unplug it from power and plug in again, which color does the LED ring show for one second?

    Things you can try:

    -Power down your hc3 > remove the wall plug from power > plug in the wall plug to power again > procede with the reset steps

    -Use another zwave hub or controller to exclude it. Maybe you have an old homecenter to do that.
