Hello, I need to set a user pin code by Fibaro HC3 API call.

Instead of editing pincode, remove and add new users can be ok too.
In manual I read that the device support Z-WAVE COMMAND_CLASS_USER_CODE, so I tested some API call and LUA scenes but doesn't work (actionName=setUserCode). Is the right way?
In attachment a screenshot of Fibaro HC3 swagger API call tested.
Any suggests about it?
