Fibaro Wall Plug FW problems

Hello everybody,

 

I am new to this forum and I have a problem with my Wall plug model FGBWHWPE/F-102 that dosent want to up date to the latest FW.

 

Accessory info:

Model: FGBWHWPE/F-102

Serial number: 00018416

Firmware: 5.4.1

 

I have set all of my accessoryes via Apple Home aplication. My FW on my Iphone is 17.2.1.. And the Home aplication is telling me that for this Wall plug  Upadte is avaible. When I open the FibaroHome aplication and go to the settings of the wall plug it says that is ˝Up to date˝ on 5.4.1

 

All of my other wall plugs that I have are on FW 6.0.4

The Fibarohome aplication is on version 1.9.4

 

Any ideas how can I update the wall plug ?

I have exactly the same problem. Is there any solution. I could try to contact fibaro support but I am on tickets with them on other issue and for a month they are no help at all. To be honest I am starting to look into other options as a potential replacement for my fibaro setup.
