Temperature measurement wrong and DHT22 not working(not sure how it's supposed to work)

Question

Posted

I have two smart implants that I'm testing with HC3 lite. I first installed one and connected DHT22, and was wondering how the temperature was almost 10 degrees off.

It's like 21 degrees inside where I'm testing and it shows 31degrees. I'm not completely sure how the DHT22 is supposed to work, I could see two temperature sensors in the smart implant one hidden by default and other one visible. To validate I added the other smart implant without DHT22 and it's showing exactly the same temperature 31degrees, 10 degrees off.

So my questions.

- Is it the hidden one that is supposed to show the DHT22 temperature?

- And the one that is shown by default is the internal one?

- How can I get the DHT22 humidity sensor reading? There's no device visible for it in HC3 lite

- Lastly, how can the temperature be so wrong? Can this be some overall setting, it can't be so that I need to use the offset for 10 degrees?

It shows device internal temperature.

Ok, yeah, needed to readd to see the DHT22. So should the internal temperature sensor work? As said, I have two smart implants and both of them show exactly the same temperature which is pretty much 9 degrees too high. Or are they both defective?
