Problem upgrading a Smart Implant FGBS-222 from Firmware 5.1 to 5.2

I have a Home Center 3 software version 5.150.18.

I have just received 1 Smart implant FGBS-222 in version 5.1.

After integration into the HC3, it tells me that the FGBS-222 v 5.1 can be updated to version 5.2. I launch the procedure, a new window opens, then nothing... back to the window to launch the update!

I should point out that I positioned the FGBS-222 right next to the HC3. I've tried several times, restarted the FGBS-222, but nothing happens.

Thanks in advance for your help

Did you include the Smart Implant in secure mode?

The firmware update unfortunately doesn't work in secure mode.

I know what you are feeling, far away hidden in an alarm system 😉😂

Actually, it was fixed some time ago (not long) - I will check in which exact version of the hub firmware.

Problem is that in security we need to send a lot more data than in normal mode and it may fail during the process - depending on network health it may just go ok or fail most of the time.

The OTA in Z-Wave protocol is not the most robust solution to be honest.

I missed that one. I will give it a try in firmware 5.150.

The firmware is still on 5.1.

Make a soft-reconfiguration just to make sure if it is not 5.2 now :)
