nie można połączyć się z centralką

Dzień dobry, od jakiegoś czasu nie mogę połączyć się z centralką Fibaro Center Lite. Nie wiem co się stało. Urządzenie zostało uruchomione ponownie ale nic to nie zmieniło. Świecą się trzy diody. Nie można się zalogować ani przez stronę ani przez przeglądarkę.

Dostęp lokalny jest, natomiast nie działa w aplikacji i na stronie (poza urządzenie i połączenie lokalne). Próbowałem zresetować urządzenia na dwa sposoby ale dostawałem taki komunikat:
