Recommended Posts

I would like to sugguest when adding a new Quickapp that there is a Device Type called App that is empty when opening and have choice to upload icon by standard , since many apps are not related to those Device Types that are there now.
Would jus make thing very much easyer.

You can use Generic device or Device controller for that case.

Those wont show up in the mobile app, only on web.
Also its the suggestion section, not what can be done section.

That's a bug. In the new Yubii app latest version that should be solved, Fibaro is working on the (current) Yubii Home Center version.

not working here on latest Android version, still it should be a option just to choose an app nothing else.
Most apps have nothing to do with either Generic device or Device controller, would take them 5 minutes to make that choice

Device controller shows up here in the old and new Yubii app. But it only shows up when it's enabled.

A Quick App is a device for the HC3 system (people misuse it for scenes, but that is another story). Fibaro give us a device framework that we can program device integrations ourselves So if you want to build a device to control other devices (just put buttons on it, with some code) that is like a general device. I don't get why you want that to be called App.

Question @mike79; what is your intention to use a QA defined as an App? What is the purpose you use it for? So we can better understand why you want a QA with a type named App.

Just tested the Yubii Home Center version, lot of bugs , html color for coloring text in labels dont show and alot more small bugs.
Yubii app everything works but have this ugly blue app color for dark mode.
And why are there like 4 different apps
