QUBINO 2phase smart meter problem with graph

Question

Posted

Dear users,

I have a Qubino 3phase smart meter in order to read consumption of my heat pump. Until now the meter is working pretty well.

The issue i have is that i've noticed that in power consumption chart data before 14.03.2024 have been erased as you can see in the photo. It seem that it stores data for 15 days.

Please login or register to see this attachment.

Is this normal?

Have anyone faced this issue or is there something that it has to do the Qubino meter?

Looking on the graph, it report thousands of the values - database won't handle this so older data is being erased.

If you like to have longer logs reduce the intensity.

Keep in mind that power reports have a global limit per all devices, not a individual limit.

Good thing is that actual consumption (kWh) is stored seperatly, this is just an instant power which is something different.

    Thanks for the reply.

This chart refers to a period of one month, so indeed its a lot of data.

I've changed Parameter 40 of the device which refers to reporting on power change. From 1% to 10% and see what happens.

    I let you know.
