FGS-214 | How to solve "Waiting for wakeup or synchronization"

2 of my single smart modules seem not to react and show "Waiting for wakeup or synchronization" in advanced settings. 

firmware update and/or soft reconfiguration did not work :-(

Hi @Ritsjert

 

Did you just added the device or did it work before? If you don't have a lot of automation around the device, you could try to remove (or reset) the device and add it again?

    Hi @SmartHomeEddy, thanks for replying. Removing and adding did the job... but then after changing a parameter the same behavior returns... I currently have two with the same behavior, so probably I'm doing something wrong :-(!?
