fibaro not working recovery corrupt

Hello guys,

A friend of my had a home center 2 with know knowledge myself have a homey so i dont know how the hc2 works also.
Yesterday the device was not reachable so we want to recover and place a backup back.
But the device wont get an ip so i hooked it directly with an ethernet cable and i changed the computer internet configuration.

Now i can reach the device(192.168.81.1) but i cant recover, it is corrupt.
So what can i do, i want to choose for a local file but i cant find it.

Is here anyone with a solution

EDIT: now i can restore with a file but it isnt to factory settings because when i want to approach the home center i have to login but i cant because i dont know the password.
I cant do forget password because i have no internet when i am in the 192.168.81.1 range.

So i want to have it to factory but i cant do that becuese it is corrupt proberly because i dont have the internet.

Edit 2:
Now when i do forget password i get no message that the account isnt found when i take a random name i got the message user not found.
But my username is proberly an old internet provider and i cant reach that mail anymore because when i write that i get no error message.

Recovery image is corrupted. Send it for Re-Flash to Fibaro service. Write to [email protected] regarding service.
