Is this some kind of " apple"  no its a function thing,  why is the default of the app to look fro Cloud info from HC3 and not the one on the local network that its on?

This looks to be an issue of bad design the old Fibaro App did not have issues like this which Makes it impossible to use it, I was able to open my HC3 in Webbwser

many times faster than opening the app, and when the app times out (which it do all the time ) I am able to just open in the Webbwser

Im not sure my post will be around for anybody to answer, but hope you address the issues and fix them and not try to hide it

JOW,   Have a HC2 and HC2light and now the HC3 that simply close to a disappointing as gets, I used to have the app on iPad on my wall as a control center with core info no longer

Hi @Jasper Waale

Does this issue occur in version 1.18 of the app or the latest one (1.21/1.22)?

Just to clarify your problem - what do you see in "More" tab at the top of the screen when your phone is connected to the same local network as your hub? Local access or remote access?

If "local access" then it's OK - authentication by ID does not mean that in this case your phone talks to hub through the cloud.

If something is still wrong I recommend updating your app to the latest available version or trying our new app (Yubii Home - version 2.0.3) to be used with HC3 (unfortunately it's not compatible with HC2/HCL).

Looking forward to your reply
