Hello !

 

I post this message because after several installation attempts this update (that one and with the previous update (5.154) too), the fours CPU of the box are completely crazy 0% - 100% - 0% ... continuously.

So the box doesn't answer any more or with a lot of latency.

 

I had to do a recovery in the last version OK for me : 5.152.

 

I thought it was the Zigbee (I have 6 device).

So, I reseted all the Zigbee from the menu and try to re install the update, but same issue.

 

someone have any idea ?

    13 days ago, a technicien try to do the update (with remote access) without success.

    I don't have news since.

     

    I revived the subject 7 days ago...

    No response...

    today, a technicien try another time to make the update without succes.

    Same issue.

    CPU crazy ; freeze.

    the problem is reported to the software departement...

    the support is connected again, today.

    The problem was with a QA which use the refreshState to send in a BDD the logs of the box (debug, trace, warning, error). (I want to save them)

     

    for a reason that I don't know, the logs are change after version 5.152, and a sort of loop without end crashed the box.

     

    I will try to do more analyse, but now, I don't save the log any more...
