HELP!!! Lost connection and white light

Good morning,
My Yubii Home Lite show a steady white light and it is not connected. 
I contacted my installer who made me do a reboot, check the IP addresses and see if the centre was creating a local network. 

Despite more than one reboot the gateway is still unreachable, I see no matching IP address and no local wifi has been created. 
At this point the installer has asked me to contact Yubii support. 
I did it and I have done the procedure to reset network settings holding the D button for 20s but… If I press text D for 20 seconds, as written in the guide, the light stays white. I only get a red flash if I press, before D, the R button for a couple of seconds. In this case the red flashing continues for about 20 seconds, then the light goes back to white. Am I doing something wrong with the procedure?
