Yubii not connected and white led

Hi guys,
I have a problem with my Yubii home lite and no one seems to be able to help me or understand what happened..

All of a sudden my Yubii home lite disconnected and the led turned white. 

I contacted the FIBARO support service who suggested doing a reset by pressing the D key after a reboot. 
I followed the tutorials on YouTube to do this. 

So I do but after the red led flashes back to white

and find.fibaro can't find the gateway....

Do any of you know how to help me?
