Question

Posted

I am posting this while waiting for a reply from Fibaro customer service.

A week ago I went on holiday. Everything with my HC2 was working fine.

Day one of holiday just checked in online and found the all of my devices showing a big X and “Communication Problem”

I do not have a problem logging into the system remotely.

Have checked daily and the big X and Communication Problem has not changed.

I have, remotely, switched HC2 off and on twice (my HC2 is plugged into a Hive controlled socket).

I have rebooted once via the "web page".

Unfortunately this did nothing to solve the problem.

All the global variables are changing as they should.

I have been able to perform a local and cloud backup

The main problem is I have 9 outside lights and 3 inside lights which HC2 controls, say sunset to sunrise, and they are all now "on" all day.

I am away for another 10 days.

Any suggestions as to what I could do remotely to solve the situation.

Thanks in advance for any help offered.
