Dimmer 2 with Tesla Powerwall

Hi,

 

Is anyone using a Fibaro Dimmer 2 with LED lights with a Tesla Powerwall.  I have an issue when the lights are dimmed and I take the Powerwall off grid on full battery mode the lights pulse (not flicker) from bright to dim.

 

Hopefully someone has a similar setup they can test this for me?
