sceneActivation    "14"

131 and 138 are of the FGR223 type and do not have this property listed. So which property should I use to test for double click (up and down)?

FGR223 uses central scene events (new Command Class in Z-Wave) - not Scene Activation.

Create a block scene with FGR223 clicks as a trigger and convert it to Lua, it will become clear.
