I need please your help:
I have again problems with the local access to my HC3L.
The system is on and with WLAN connected to my managed unifi network.
At the beginning I had local access (yesterday). I installed all well, no problems. I had also access after I brought them to the cloud. Both (cloud and local) worked well.
But today I lost the local connection.
Over the cloud it's no problem to get access. But I can't do some things I want to do locally (f.e. update Z-Wave components).
What I have done:
- I'm in the same network
- The HCL3 got a fixed IP
- I see them in my unifi network manager; it has the correct ip
- I got no ping result
- the FIBARO Finder got no result.
- it works well with the cloud access
- I tried another computer
- I tried it with an Ipad
I had the same issue before, so I reset the device completly and build up new. After that reset It was ok for one day.
I have no idea, what I can do....
Before I had no fixed IP, I used a dhcp one. But the result was the same.
