Alexa keeps filtering my Amazon Music despite turning the Explicit Filter Off!

Question

Posted

As you all know, Alexa has a filter for explicit content. For example, if you're willing to listen to music on Amazon Music, it filters some content due to age restrictions or other reasons. I've managed to turn off this filter, but I'm still out of luck getting access to what I want. Does anybody have any idea why this is happening?

As mentioned earlier, I had already tried turning off the explicit filter on my Alexa, however, looks like there's also another explicit filter on Amazon music itself which should be turned off, here's a more detailed guide  in Smart Home Scope on that matter:

Other than that, for folks who can't manage to deactivate the Alexa explicit filter using voice commands, they should note that You can nullify Alexa explicit filter using the customary method of vocal instructions. Nonetheless, should Alexa misconstrue entreaty, ascertain that Voice Deactivation function isn't activated within Alexa application. Additionally, Your Alexa device's interpretative accuracy can markedly be augmented by pronouncing your directives with precision and directing them unequivocally towards your Alexa apparatus.
