Hc2 problem start after blackout

Hi @sebastiano ,

 

Remove first side plate (the one where power supply and network cable are connected.

Remove supply plug and wait a bit then connect it back. HC2 will start booting and then "Starting services" will appear.

Wait at least 10 minutes to give HC2 enough time to start services. You can also check status of services from internet browser with this link:

 

http://<YOUR_HC2_IP>/services/system/servicesStatus.php

 

NOTE - replace <YOUR_HC2_IP> with your HC2 IP address. Usually "HCServer" is the one that need most time to initialize and start.

 

If after 10-15 minutes HC2 is still starting services then you can turn it off using Power button on the back of the HC2. Wait a bit and then turn it back on with Power button.

 

This helped me in the past, but for long time my HC2 is powered over UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply) so didn't have any issues.

    if you stuck in "starting services" looks like it is a HC2 problem after few years, my HC2 was send to the services... I tried to fix it by reinstall software, tech support from fibaro also tried...
