Question

Domoticz:
No matter which option I choose, the smart implant will not give the desired output. When
option 20-1: "Normally Closed Alarm Input "
> When the contact opens: Off-On-Off-On
> When the contact closes: Nothing !

>Option 20-2: "Normally Open Alarm Input "
> When the contact opens: Off-On ,17 sec later according to the log: Off-On>
These are all written in a split second !

>Option 20-3: "Monostable push button"
> Nothing happens !

>Option 20-4: "Bistable switch" ( Which is what it really is !!!)
> Switch changed to "Contact"
>When the contact opens: Off-On, 6 sec later according to log, -Off-On
These are all written immediately -again !- in a split second, though !
> When the contact closes: Nothing !

There are no more options...
What am I doing wrong ?

    Hello.

maybe it's "lost in translation", but I don't understand what your goal is. Please specify:

"will not give the desired output".

The goal is to switch the output OUT1/OUT2 to SI?

Also pay attention to the principle of working with inputs.

Some settings mean that you can learn about the status change at least after 30 seconds (based on the z-wave specification on the minimum timeout for sending messages).
