Interactive Push Notifications - no buttons on the notification

Recommended Posts

Hi,

so I have App version 2.0.3.17 on my iPhone and I do get push notifications however when I use an interactive push notification in a scene there are no buttons - just the title and the message. Is this a bug and if so is it being fixed in an update? Unsure if this has been like this in previous versions as I'm just trying to get it working for the first time.

Thanks.

Have you tried long-pressing on that notification? It will bring up options like yes/no or run/cancel.

So as a follow on - is it possible for the Yes response to do more than just change a device or run a scene? I'd like to change the value of a global variable with the response but the only way I can think of is to use a scene to change the value then link the Yea response to trigger that scene. Seems a bit messy to me.

    Thanks!
