Qubino 0-10V dimmer - malfunctioning temperature sensor

Question

Posted

Hi I have two ZMNHVD1 with temperature sensor and neither one installs so that the thermometer is visible, the sensor is connected when the device is added to the network. They both do the same problem. I have a zwave HC3 in motor 2 mode. When I tried on engine 3, the sensor is found but does not change temperature.  Who has this device and can help me activate this feature? Thank you

I've had this problem. Did you buy the sensor from a reputable source? There are plenty of counterfeit temperature sensors on the market, try googling your sensor model number and you will see this in forums. The best way to confirm a counterfeit is to open one of the sensor probes, scrape off the encapsulation and find the model number inscription.

I have another question, do you put the find device and they will install two boxes? A dimmer and a thermometer? Does it adjust anything? Thank you
